Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for regional operations leaders. You will align business priorities with HR strategies to strengthen leadership, engagement, and retention while partnering with centralized HR teams to deliver scalable solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience with employee relations responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders across multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to regional operations leaders and leadership teams.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, attendance, conduct, and discipline actions.
• Conduct or support workplace investigations in alignment with policy and law.
• Partner on leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Analyze turnover, vacancies, and engagement metrics to drive regional action plans.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, and Safety.
