Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner with 5-7 years of experience to partner with leadership across multiple business units in the South Central US region to drive people strategy, align HR initiatives with organizational goals, and provide actionable insights that support growth and engagement.

The role collaborates with HR COEs to deliver integrated solutions, supports mergers and acquisitions, talent development, and employee relations while ensuring

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in strategic HR business partnership.
• Experience partnering with COEs (Talent, Inclusion & Diversity, Benefits, Compensation).
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership, providing tailored HR solutions across the organization.
• Identify people-related challenges and provide strategic guidance to support a high-performance culture.
• Align HR initiatives with business goals and leverage HR COEs for program delivery.
• Support merger and acquisition activity including due diligence and integration planning.
• Lead talent development efforts, performance management, and succession planning.
• Guide employee relations investigations, ensure fairness, and resolve issues.
• Partner with Inclusion & Diversity to promote an inclusive work environment.
• Lead change initiatives with effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.
• Utilize HR analytics to measure program success and inform decisions.
• Execute HR programs in collaboration with COEs (engagement surveys, compensation, benefits, TA).
