Graitec, a global BIM software leader, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support US-based employees and managers. You will partner with global leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving people initiatives across the organization.

This role reports to the Senior HR Director and focuses on employee lifecycle programs, leadership coaching, change management, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition to build diverse pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
• Collaborative partner with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders and management to provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
• Develop and execute people strategies and workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
• Support growth and transformation by building high-performing, scalable teams.
• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle programs from onboarding to offboarding.
