Job summary

Graitec is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support growth, transformation, and success. You will partner with global leaders and be the primary HR partner for US-based employees and managers, developing and executing HR strategies with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence.

The role reports to the Senior HR Director and focuses on driving people strategies, culture, and change across the organization while ensuring compliance with US employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into HR programs.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
• Develop and execute workforce plans aligning with business objectives.
• Support growth by building high-performing, scalable teams.
• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and talent development.
• Guide employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
