Job summary

Archway Consulting Services is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR services across the full employee life cycle for a growing US-based operation. You will advise leadership, ensure policy compliance, and act as a trusted partner in decision making.

You will support manufacturing and commercial teams, using data-driven insights to improve performance and leadership capability in a decentralised matrix environment. Travel to other US states is required.

Qualifications

• HR or equivalent bachelor’s degree and ideally PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP
• Significant practical HR generalist/advisory level experience in employee relations, talent management, organisational development, workforce planning and change management
• A background in an engineering, manufacturing or industrial environment
• Expert knowledge of federal, state and local employment legislation and employment practices
• Experience implementing the full employee life-cycle processes and procedures
• Proficient with HR Management systems
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to other US states
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
