Job summary

Graitec Group is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to support our US-based organization. You will partner with global leaders to drive people strategies, employee programs, and change initiatives.

Lead full lifecycle HR programs, coach managers, ensure US compliance, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build high-performing teams across the entity. This role reports to the Senior HR Director.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in complex, fast-paced organizations.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or organizational transformations.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Broad HR generalist expertise across annual people cycle with centers of excellence.
• Experience leading organizational change and coaching leaders.
• Solid knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders as trusted advisor on people-related matters.
• Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support growth by building high-performing teams.
• Lead full lifecycle HR programs from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring needs.
• Champion culture and drive adoption of HR programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Leverage data to inform decisions.
• Drive global/local HR programs and change management.
