Rent the Runway in Secaucus, NJ is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with Fulfillment Operations Senior Management to develop and execute HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.

This role translates business priorities into an HR agenda, drives performance management, workforce planning, leadership development, and diversity initiatives, while providing full-cycle HR support for the 24/6 Fulfillment Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field; advanced HR degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in a dedicated HR role with 2+ years of people management.
• Experience with rapid, complex changing work environment and high-volume workload.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute people initiatives and drive HR functional excellence.
• Advise leaders on corrective action and development plans.
• Manage operations talent movement and development.
• Lead learning and development programs.
• Ensure policy adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership on performance management.
• Oversee HR data analysis and reporting.
