Rent the Runway is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with Fulfillment Operations senior management and translate business priorities into an HR agenda that evolves with rapid growth. The role blends strategic and hands-on work to boost organizational performance, employee engagement, and leadership development across the 24/6 Fulfillment Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field; advanced HR degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in a dedicated HR role with at least 2 years of HR people management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results.
• Experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR strategies with Senior Management to foster organizational effectiveness.
• Diagnose issues and opportunities and translate them into actionable HR plans.
• Coach and mentor leaders, drive performance management and development.
• Lead talent planning, learning & development, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, OSHA and related laws.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive engagement and policy adherence.
