Rent the Runway in Secaucus, NJ is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with Fulfillment Operations Senior Management to develop and execute HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.
This role translates business priorities into an HR agenda, drives performance management, workforce planning, leadership development, and diversity initiatives, while providing full-cycle HR support for the 24/6 Fulfillment Center.

In this position you will partner with Fulfillment Operations Senior Management to develop and execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it evolves rapidly. This role drives overall business performance and employee engagement by proactively diagnosing issues and opportunities and taking the necessary actions to address issues. The HRBP will work with the Director of HR in the development and execution of project plans as well as the HR strategies and business objectives, including but not limited to: talent planning, leadership training & development, performance management, workforce planning, communication and diversity initiatives, etc, all of which help further the goals of the organization. The HRBP role is both a strategic and hands‑on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our 24/6 Fulfillment Center.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $98,000 to $110,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
