Job summary

Rent the Runway is seeking an HR lead for our Fulfillment Centers to oversee people operations at Secaucus, NJ and Arlington, TX.

You will partner with Senior Management to implement HR programs that align with business goals and scale as we grow.You will coach a team of HRBPs and associates, drive labor planning, employee lifecycle, and compliance, travel regularly to Texas and occasional visits to Brooklyn.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years in HR leadership and people management.
• Experience supporting large operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRBPs and administrators across fulfillment centers.
• Oversee performance management, ER, workforce planning, and benefits.
• Drive culture initiatives and People Team goals.
• Guide labor planning, compliance, and safety matters with legal teams.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit top talent.
