Rent the Runway is hiring an HR lead for our Secaucus, NJ and Arlington, TX fulfillment centers. You will oversee all people-related matters, lead a team of HRBPs and admins, and partner with senior management to implement HR programs that align with business goals.

You will travel regularly between Secaucus and Texas facilities, shaping policy, practice, and culture while ensuring legal compliance across regions. This role sits within the central People Team and reports to the leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in Human Resources.
• HR leadership experience within a center of excellence for large operations, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Experience supporting sizeable non-exempt employee populations (hundreds).
• Experience managing dispersed teams across physical and remote locations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR analytics tools (Workday, Excel, Google Suite).
• Proven track record launching HR policies and building high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operationalize HR systems and processes in Fulfillment Centers, including performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and benefits.
• Manage and develop a team of HRBPs, Coordinators, and Administrators.
• Lead initiatives impacting Rent the Runway’s culture and People Team goals.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and engagement across two fulfillment centers.
• Oversee complex employee relations issues with coordination with legal and business teams.
