Job summary

URBN is seeking an experienced HR Manager for its Fulfillment/Distribution Centers in Levittown, PA. The role partners with site leadership to shape people strategy, oversees day-to-day HR operations, and contributes to business discussions with data-driven insights.

You will lead onboarding, training, compliance, and talent management while ensuring a 24/7 environment support and seamless recruiting. This position demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to scale HR

Qualifications

• 5 years of HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years leading and managing an HR team.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
• Capable of operating at scale and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR team and onboarding process.
• Collaborate with Site Director on training and development initiatives.
• Foster employee engagement and culture with site leadership.
• Define and implement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent management including onboarding, training & development, and succession planning.
• Coordinate with Centralized Planning to create peak headcount plans.
• Ensure payroll compliance audits and data accuracy.
• Work with Talent Acquisition for recruiting and onboarding procedures.
• Direct and coordinate facility activities to optimize operations.
• Provide onsite HR support and address employee inquiries.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
• Drive 24/7 staffing readiness and on-call flexibility.
