URBN is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations for our Fulfillment/Distribution Centers in Levittown, PA. You will guide the HR team, implement people strategies, and support business growth through data-driven decisions.

The role partners with site leadership to sustain engagement, drive talent development, and ensure compliant HR practices across all shifts. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment will excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasing responsibility in human resources
• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field
• 3+ years leading and managing HR teams
• Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture
• Ability to operate at scale and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team through onboarding and coaching
• Drive training and development with site leadership
• Foster engagement and nurture culture
• Define initiatives aligned with business goals to improve performance
• Lead talent management, onboarding, training, and succession planning
• Coordinate with centralized planning for peak headcount
• Audit payroll records and ensure data accuracy
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruiting and onboarding
• Ensure HR processes and policies are followed on site
• Provide onsite support and address employee inquiries
• Communicate policies and enforce standards
• Conduct investigations and coach leadership and staff
• Support a 24/7 facility with flexible scheduling
