Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance.

This role serves as a trusted advisor, managing complex employee matters with sound judgment and discretion, partnering with leaders to drive engagement and ensure HR program consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, including employee relations and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification a plus.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive employee engagement.
• Lead and manage employee relations matters, including conducting prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate actions.
• Provide expert guidance on conflict resolution, corrective actions, performance improvement, and policy interpretation.
• Administer and support HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with leaders to create, update, and maintain job descriptions and organizational structures.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including coaching managers on effective feedback and development planning.
• Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits with a high level of customer service.
• Monitor HR trends and metrics; conduct audits; prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
