Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to partner with Vice Presidents across Specialty Testing Sales, Payor Solutions, and Data Analytics to translate business strategy into people initiatives. This role demands strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession, and change management in a complex matrix environment.

The hybrid role requires collaboration across in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience preferred.
• Master’s degree and relevant certifications preferred (SPHR/SHRM-SCP).
• Experience advising Vice Presidents in a complex matrix organization.
• Healthcare / life sciences experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Vice Presidents, aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Translate priorities into integrated talent and workforce strategies.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Provide executive coaching on leadership effectiveness and culture.
• Leverage data and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
