Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations across the organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition, this role guides leaders and staff on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of HR experience with at least 2 years as an HR Generalist.
• HR Certification (PHR) preferred.
• HRIS experience with UKG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to assigned leaders, focusing on employee relations, coaching, performance management, and development.
• Lead employee relations investigations for assigned locations and provide findings and recommendations.
• Maintain documentation and records of investigations and employee relations matters.
• Counsel managers and employees on policies, procedures, and workplace issues to support organizational health.
• Identify ER trends and develop trainings and processes to improve workplace outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and Neighborhood policies.
