Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support designated business units across employee relations, performance management, policies and engagement.

The HRBP collaborates with leaders to identify HR solutions, develop organizational design, and provide coaching to managers while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. This role involves workforce analytics and employee development to strengthen the workforce and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Two (2) years of experience in HR in addition to above degree; OR Five (5) years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Associate HR Business Partner, or Generalist in lieu of degree.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification(s) preferred/required per listing

Responsibilities

• Provides HR support across designated business units including employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures and employee engagement.
• Handles employee relations issues from remediation through resolution, including investigations and guidance to leadership.
• Collaborates with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to develop and revise position descriptions ensuring compliance with laws and licensing bodies.
• Analyzes turnover and exit data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations; manages unemployment claims and participates in workforce planning.
• Conducts training on various HR topics and collaborates with Organizational Development to support leadership development.
