Job summary

CATS Academy Boston is seeking an on-site HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across our Boston campus and partnering with the UK HR team. The role will own HR processes, advise line managers, and drive engagement and compliance within local laws.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and HR analytics, collaborating with school leadership to shape people plans and ensure a high quality employee lifecycle across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Excellent knowledge of Employment Law.
• Experience with I-9 and E-Verify.
• Experience across a generalist range of HR activities.
• Experience in the education industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• HR partnering with line managers and senior management to deliver HR services.
• Manage HR projects and contribute to strategic people plans.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and safer recruitment practices.
• Deliver training and support onboarding across brands.
• Recruitment support and onboarding, including paperwork and systems entry.
