Salutem Care & Education is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with operational leaders across education services, delivering expert HR guidance and leading key projects. You will drive employee relations, policy compliance and organisational change while coaching managers and supporting a multi-site workforce.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, senior stakeholder management and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience as a generalist HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation projects.
• Excellent coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in education, healthcare or multi-site environments is advantageous.
• Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Support the implementation of the People Plan aligned with organisational objectives.
• Provide pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice to managers and leaders.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with employment legislation and best practice.
• Lead and deliver key HR projects and business integrations.
• Develop and deliver HR training for managers and operational teams.
• Support and lead organisational change initiatives, including restructures, reorganisations and TUPE transfers.
• Manage and oversee complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management matters.
• Monitor and manage suspension and investigation processes, ensuring timely and consistent outcomes.
• Develop robust performance management practices that recognise success and support development.
• Produce, analyse and present meaningful HR data to support business decision-making.
• Identify workforce trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and external partners.
• Line manage and mentor HR Officers, supporting their professional development and performance.
• Provide guidance and support to HR Assistants when required.
• Oversee HR and compliance training content, ensuring materials remain current and effective.
• Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings and SIP calls.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits and compliance reviews.
• Deputise for the Director of HR & Resourcing when required.
