Gersh Autism Academy is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work onsite at our Bronx school. This role will provide HR support across multiple locations and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations experience, excellent communication skills, and at least 10 years of HR experience. This full-time position offers a salary range of $90,000-$135,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and implementing HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner to site leaders across different locations.
• Manage core HR operations including benefits oversight and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead process improvements to streamline HR workflows.
