You will drive HR strategy, oversee benefits, compensation guidance, and policy interpretation to support the site. You will collaborate with leaders to ensure effective staffing, development, and employee engagement.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and workforce planning to meet short- and long-term business goals at our Northeast Ohio site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional HR experience.
• Preferred: degree in HR, psychology or business; 3+ years HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to site leadership, aligning HR strategy with business needs.
• Manage talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and onboarding competency processes for office associates.
