• Ability to guide organizational change and support HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to assess workforce needs and support talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with the Talent Management team, Marketing, and hiring managers to enhance candidate engagement and strengthen the organization’s employment brand and value proposition.
• Manage assigned requisitions and the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions to ensure consistency across departments.
• Provide guidance and support to managers regarding performance management, employee relations, and colleague development.
