Job summary

OneDigital is hiring a Senior HR professional to act as a trusted partner to client organizations in Phoenix. The HR Business Partner will translate mission, values, and objectives into actionable HR strategies and programs that drive performance and engagement.

You will lead client relationships, deliver HR services across compensation, performance, and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides innovative, cost-effective HR strategies to clients across service areas including strategy, coaching, market intelligence, compensation, performance management, and training.
• Engages with clients to understand their mission, vision, goals, and key measurements to support HR strategy.
• Leads client relationships and manages on-time, high-quality deliverables and budgets.
• Promotes the brand and cross-sells other HR services to provide a full-service solution.
• Participates in internal projects and knowledge sharing to improve practice standards.
