Job summary

OneDigital in Reno, NV is seeking a Client Services Rep (HR Business Partner) to translate a client’s mission and goals into practical HR strategies. You will manage ongoing client relationships, deliver HR programs, and act as a trusted advisor across compensation, performance, employee relations and compliance.

The role requires five+ years of HR generalist experience, strong communication, confidentiality and project management; MBA is a plus and PHR/SPHR certification is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Five years of related experience in a consulting, leadership, supervisory or managerial role with proven ability to retain clients and deliver results.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client HR strategies and programs to meet client goals.
• Engage with clients regularly to understand their mission, goals and measurements.
• Promote HR strategy and tactics to support client business objectives.
• Lead or participate in internal projects and knowledge sharing.
