You will coach leaders, drive talent strategies, and manage employee relations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HRBP/Generalist experience, familiarity with Workday, and a data-driven mindset to align HR initiatives with business goals and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success as a HRBP or Generalist.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences industry and proficiency in Workday preferred.
• Data-driven, analytical thinker with strong business acumen.
• Proactive, articulate communicator and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver talent solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Coach managers, manage org design, talent strategies, and employee relations.
• Oversee internship program and onboarding initiatives, employer branding efforts.
