Job summary

Harbor Freight is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align objectives with employees and management across designated departments. This role works closely with department leaders to design and implement HR systems that support strategic business goals and acts as the first point of contact for HR matters.

The HRBP partners with management to drive staffing, performance management, investigations, onboarding and development while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective employee

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing HR systems and processes.
• Ability to partner with department leaders and HR leadership.
• Knowledge of employee relations and labor law fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Provide HR guidance on performance management, coaching, and promotions.
• Conduct investigations and maintain notes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and knowledge of legal requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, training needs, and succession planning.
• Coordinate staffing needs with talent acquisition and business leaders.
