Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. invites an experienced Manager of HR Analytics and Workforce Intelligence to lead a new function across Austin, Fremont, or Tualatin.

You will design scalable data models, establish governance, and deliver real-time workforce insights using Power BI to support executives and HR partners. You will collaborate with IT, define data definitions globally, and drive automation to replace manual reports, enabling faster, data-driven decisions that improve talent planning and cost

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years and a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience across multi-functions within HR (e.g., HR Generalist, COE, HR Operations).
• Expert in Advanced Excel and proficient in Microsoft Power BI.
• Proven experience building analytical solutions from scratch across the HR portfolio.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into data models and insights.
• Experience working with sensitive/confidential data with high integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with data to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-level dashboards and analytics for headcount, hiring, attrition, and mobility.
• Establish data governance, data definitions, and a scalable data model for HR analytics.
• Partner with IT and HR leaders to enable automated, real-time insights.
• Translate business questions into data-driven answers for executives.
• Deliver both operational dashboards and executive summaries.
