Job summary

Charles Schwab's Workforce Intelligence Team is seeking a Manager to transform HR data into strategic insights. You’ll lead intake of workforce data requests, translate business needs into actionable requirements for developers, and help shape the narrative that informs people-related decisions.

You’ll partner with analytics staff to deliver audience-appropriate dashboards and reports, design metrics that quantify performance, and ensure data integrity through rigorous testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a data analytics role focused on HR reporting.
• Experience reporting from HR systems like Workday, iCIMS, SumTotal, or ServiceNow.
• Proficient in Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and assignment of workforce data requests, translating needs into requirements for developers.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
• Create metrics to measure performance and tell the data story to decision makers.
• Represent data perspectives in meetings and ensure data management needs are met.
• Uphold testing and documentation standards to improve reporting processes.
• Deliver a reliable, high-quality reporting experience with clear client engagement.
