Job summary

InvestCloud seeks an HR Data & Analytics Manager to clean, validate, organize, and present data for HR processes and initiatives. You will bridge HR Operations, project management, Finance, and leadership, owning data for performance reviews, compensation, and AI-driven process improvements.

You will build HR dashboards, automate reporting with R/Python, and develop scalable data models. Collaboration with HRIS (UKG) and integration of AI agents will be key to delivering insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience building HR data pipelines and dashboards.
• Ability to automate reporting and build data models for HR metrics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG/Workday) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data related to performance, compensation, and HR metrics.
• Develop HR dashboards and automated reports for leadership using Power BI and scripting.
• Build and optimize data models, pipelines, and integrations with AI tools (Glean/OpenAI/Claude).
• Own data quality, observability, and source of truth for HR metrics.
• Support compensation, performance management, workforce planning, and process improvements.
