Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a data analytics role, ideally HR-focused.
• Experience reporting from HR systems like Workday, iCIMS, SumTotal, or ServiceNow
• Proficiency in Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables)

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and translate data requests into actionable requirements.
• Partner with developers to deliver dashboards and reports.
• Create metrics to measure performance and tell the data story.
• Represent data perspective in meetings and provide recommendations.
• Uphold testing and documentation standards for reporting processes.
• Ensure a reliable, high-quality reporting experience for clients.
