Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an HR Advisory Support Partner to collaborate across all lines of business providing HR support to partners, managers, and employees in North America.

You will contribute to people strategy development, support high-demand HR events, and work on core projects while driving HR process improvements and ensuring effective controls across critical processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resource experience.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities with urgency and ambiguity.
• Utilizes critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends and propose solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to drive data driven HR decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR Support – contributes to development and execution of people strategy and HR operations.
• Generate reports and analytics – create data-driven insights and visuals for leadership.
• Support annual HR events – assist with talent management cycles, reporting and system updates.
• Work on project support – contribute to HR initiatives such as organizational design and diversity analyses.
• Champion HR process change – suggest improvements and partner to implement efficiencies.
• Ensure controls are in place for all critical HR processes.
