Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience, including generalist or business partner roles.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM credentials preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to leaders and employees.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, and development.
• Lead employee relations investigations and compliant actions.
• Support workforce planning and succession discussions.
