Job summary

AXA XL in the Americas is seeking a Head of Human Resources Business Partners to guide HRBP, Employee Relations and Immigration for about 3,000 colleagues across the region. You will set the regional people strategy, build a team of roughly 17 HR professionals, and drive HR transformation with AI-enabled, data-driven methods to improve outcomes.

You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer, Americas, and partner with global HR to scale enterprise solutions while ensuring governance,

Qualifications

• Significant senior HR leadership experience in a global matrix organization.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale HR transformation from strategy to benefits.
• Strong understanding of data storytelling and people analytics.

Responsibilities

• Shape the people strategy translating business priorities into an Americas workforce agenda.
• Lead enterprise transformation including operating models and culture changes.
• Advance responsible AI and digital HR while ensuring privacy, security and fairness.
• Build an insight-led HR function with workforce data and scenario planning.
• Develop future-ready capabilities in workforce planning, succession, and internal mobility.
• Lead a high-performing team and collaborate with global HR partners.
