AXA XL is seeking a Head of Human Resources Business Partners, Americas, to lead HRBP, Employee Relations and Immigration for about 3,000 colleagues. You will set regional people strategy, build a 17‑person team and drive HR transformation, including AI-enabled processes and governance.

The role partners with global HR leaders, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers consistent colleague support across the employee lifecycle, reporting to the CHRO, Americas.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in senior HR leadership within a complex, global matrix with a focus on business outcomes.
• Experience with generative AI, automation, people analytics and digital HR platforms.

Mansioni

• Define regional people strategy for the Americas and lead HR teams across HRBP, Employee Relations and Immigration.
• Sponsor and deliver enterprise transformation initiatives including organization design and operating-model changes.
• Lead the adoption of AI-enabled HR tools while ensuring privacy, fairness and human oversight.
• Develop workforce planning, talent reviews, internal mobility and skills development.
