AXA XL in Stamford, CT seeks a Head of HR Business Partners, Americas to lead HRBP, Employee Relations and Immigration for ~3,000 colleagues. You will set the regional people strategy and develop a ~17-person HR team while delivering locally relevant support across the employee lifecycle.

You will spearhead HR transformation with AI-enabled, data-driven approaches, partnering globally to scale enterprise solutions and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership in a global matrix, preferably financial services or insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale HR transformation initiatives from strategy to realization.
• Practical understanding of generative AI, automation and people analytics.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment-law and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead HRBP, Employee Relations and Immigration teams for ~3,000 colleagues in the Americas.
• Set regional people strategy and build capability of a ~17-person HR team.
• Drive HR transformation, digital and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Partner with global HR and Centers of Expertise to scale enterprise solutions.
• Ensure governance, policy compliance and effective controls across HR processes.
