Job summary

AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is seeking an HR professional to support planning and execution of local HR programs under senior HR leadership. You will handle employee lifecycle changes, maintain HR systems data, and deliver timely HR support to employees and managers.

You will also generate HR reports, analyze data trends, and act as the HRIS expert to back HR Business Partners and the US HR Management Team.

Qualifications

• Leads, mentors and develops regional/local HR teams.
• Partners with Global HRBPs and Segment Heads.
• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Regarded as an expert internally and externally in their field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute annual HR programs locally as directed by senior HR leaders.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including employee lifecycle changes (hires, transfers, promotions).
• Provide timely HR support to employees, managers and HR partners; route complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR records; ensure policy compliance.
• Generate reports, analyze basic HR data, and support materials for HR/business leaders.
• Serve as HRIS expert; stay updated on HR processes and tools.
