Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory support across the HR lifecycle and explain regulations to clients.
• Educate clients on HR tools, information, and best practices.
• Schedule training and future meetings with clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via email and phone triage.
• Assist in HR projects, content creation, and training development.
