Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Human Resource Business Advisor (HRBA). This hybrid role combines in-office work three days a week with two days from home, focusing on HR advisory support for ADP clients and driving strategic HR results.

HRBAs provide guidance on regulations, best practices, and HR lifecycle processes, while engaging clients across ADP products and services and participating in HR projects and content development.

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources or equivalent education in related field.
• 2-3 years HR experience, at least 1 year of generalist experience.
• Must be able to work flexible hours (Monday-Friday - 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - 40 hour work week). Position is non-exempt/hourly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively responds to client inquiries with HR tools, information, and best practices regarding federal and state law, compliance, and HR topics.
• Educates clients on HR solutions products, features, and capabilities to address immediate and long-term HR needs.
• Schedules training and future meetings with clients as appropriate.
• Executes inbound and outbound client communications with quality and in line with ADP call strategies.
• Keeps up-to-date on HR topics and system/product changes; participates in HR projects and content development.
