Job summary

ADP is hiring a Human Resource Business Advisor (HRBA) in a hybrid capacity, splitting time between office and home. The role focuses on delivering HR best-practice guidance, regulatory information, and practical HR management advice to ADP clients across the HR lifecycle.

Responsibilities include proactive client inquiries, HR product education, and assisting senior staff in complex HR issues, with opportunities for HR project work and content creation.

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources or equivalent
• 2-3 years HR experience, at least 1 year of generalist experience
• Flexibility to work hours Mon-Fri 6:30–18:30; 40-hour week

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries with HR guidance on laws and best practices across the HR lifecycle
• Identify HR solutions features and capabilities to address immediate and strategic client needs
• Schedule trainings and meetings with clients and maintain proactive communications
• Adhere to internal policies and processes to minimize risk
• Stay current on state and federal employment laws and HR topics
• Participate in HR projects including content creation and training development
• Support inbound/outbound client communications and assist in other call center initiatives

Education

BS in Human Resources or related field

2-3 years HR experience, at least 1 year of generalist experience

Flexible hours Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - 40 hour work week

Tools

PHR or SPHR certification preferred
