Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Sr. HR Representative to partner with leaders across distribution centers and regional offices.

You will provide strategic HR counsel, drive culture initiatives, and ensure compliant, data-driven people practices in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, 3+ years in HR, and ability to influence at all levels, with preference for PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent 4 years work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major HR functions.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading deployment of organizational change.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels in the company.
• Experience partnering with senior management.
• Knowledge of HR Metrics and HR systems preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices preferred.
• Experience with data analytics and investigations preferred.
• Experience with onboarding and employee development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on people-related matters.
• Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive initiatives to improve site climate and culture.
• Manage and conduct internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure HR compliance with policies, regulations, and laws.
• Oversee HR audit activities and training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews.
• Support compensation and benefits administration and employee communications.
• Enter and maintain data in the HRMS system.
