Job summary

Extreme Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager for Hotel Warner in West Chester, PA to drive occupancy, ADR, and total revenue through strategic sales initiatives and strong partnerships.

You will lead proactive sales efforts, build relationships with corporate clients and event planners, collaborate with revenue management and operations to align pricing and guest experiences, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality with revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue management.
• Experience with branded hotels; independent hotels preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally with operations and ownership groups.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
