Valor is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead hotel revenue growth through proactive sales, strategic account development, and strong relationship management. You will partner with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to deliver profitable results and exceptional client experiences.

Based in the US, this on-site role requires 1+ year in management, a college degree, and proven negotiation and presentation skills to drive new business and maximize share across key accounts.

Formación

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of one year experience in a related or management position; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to perform critical analysis and manage wide range of information.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; reflect the Foundation Image.
• Strong communication, delegation and project management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify, solicit, and close new business opportunities through outbound efforts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to maximize share and profitability.
• Utilize data, trends, and CRM insights to create strategic action plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the annual business plan.
