Job summary

Q Center is seeking a Senior Hotel Sales Manager to lead growth across undeveloped markets and key accounts. You will collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing on strategy and action plans, while driving solicitation, follow-ups and outreach to secure bookings.

This on-site role requires flexible scheduling including some evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates bring strong hotel sales experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Windows, Delphi, and standard

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive hotel sales experience or 4-year college degree with 2+ years related experience or 2-year degree with 3+ years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency with Windows, Delphi and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, uncover and grow undeveloped business, accounts and markets.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales & Marketing on action plans for opportunities.
• Penetrate target accounts through calls, emails and follow-ups; manage progress with the team.
