Job summary

Homewood Suites - Austin NW is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue by cultivating key accounts in the market. You will source new business, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to deliver successful events and stays.

You will represent the hotel at industry events, maintain accurate forecasts, and work toward ambitious revenue and market-share goals in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales or a senior revenue-driving role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build lasting business relationships.
• Organized, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key accounts within assigned market segments.
• Proactively source new business through calls, networking, and site tours.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
• Work closely with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to ensure successful events and stays.
