Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction, large-scale renovations, or estimating with progressive responsibility.
• Hospitality construction/renovation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in plan-reading and estimation software (Planswift or Bluebeam).
• Procore experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents and prepare detailed budgets and schedules.
• Oversee material buyout and subcontractor negotiations.
• Manage logs (Submittal, RFI, Change Order).
• Communicate with project team to set standards and expectations.
• Lead calls and meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate subcontractor and vendor billing and timely payments.
• Maintain project financials and monthly projections with backup.
