Senior Hotel Renovation Project Manager

Job summary

Paylocity seeks a Project Manager to lead hotel renovation projects through full lifecycle, coordinating with the PM team to assess needs from RFPs, draft scopes, budgets and schedules, and, after award, oversee material buyout, subcontracts, and project completion.

The role requires strong math, planning, and communication skills, with experience in hospitality renovations and proficiency in Procore and plan-reading. On-site travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in construction, large-scale renovations, or estimating with progressive responsibility.
• Experience in hospitality construction, renovation, or estimating preferred.
• Proficiency in Procore highly preferred.
• Proficiency in plan-reading and estimation software such as Planswift or Bluebeam.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong math skills including basic geometry and arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents and provide detailed budget and schedule as part of proposal package.
• Oversee material buyout and subcontractor negotiations.
• Manage progress of logs (Submittal, RFI, Change Order).
• Communicate with internal project team to establish standards and expectations.
• Lead or participate in project team calls.
• Ensure subcontractor and vendor billing is accurate and paid timely.
