Job summary

Continental Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Annapolis, MD to lead hotel renovation projects from inception through completion.

You will coordinate the PM team, evaluate needs from RFPs, prepare scopes, budgets and schedules, and manage buyouts and project execution with a focus on quality and timely delivery. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction or estimating, hospitality project experience, and strong proficiency in Procore and plan-reading, with excellent

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction, large-scale renovations, or estimating with progressive responsibility.
• Hospitality construction experience is preferred.
• High school diploma required; PM/estimating training or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents and provide detailed budget and schedule as part of proposal package.
• Oversee material buyout and subcontractor negotiations.
• Manage project logs (Submittal, RFI, Change Order) and project finances.
• Communicate with internal teams to set standards and expectations.
• Lead calls, ensure accurate subcontractor/vendor billing, and prepare monthly owner billings.
• Mentor assistant PMs and superintendents; maintain relationships with owners and design teams.
• Travel to jobsites for prebid/preconstruction meetings and client meetings.
