Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team and Estimator during project handoff to understand scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and manage project schedules in coordination with Superintendents.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and interface with clients and stakeholders.
• Administer subcontractor contracts and maintain site documentation.
• Supervise day-to-day project operations including labor, costs, and change orders.
• Approve project documents, reports, invoices, and evaluations.
• Ensure site safety and OSHA/construction compliance.
• Provide monthly status reports and invoices to clients.
• Create and manage budgets; monitor costs and variances.
• Serve as primary contact for project-related PR with inspectors, owners, vendors, and clients.
• Support business development by identifying new project opportunities.
• Attend and contribute to management meetings.
• Ensure staff understand scope, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Assist in workforce planning with the President.
