Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President Operations Manager II in the Home Lending Escrow Operations team. You will oversee the monthly escrow analysis statements, drive strategic leadership, and ensure best practices across Escrow functions.

The role emphasizes customer experience, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-volume back-office environment. You will influence organizational change, manage budget and headcount, and mentor leaders while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years in large-scale Operations management, mortgage servicing and escrow knowledge.
• Experience building relationships with clients and vendors to achieve goals.
• Ability to drive a future state vision through influence and systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, retain and develop leaders aligned with mortgage banking culture.
• Proven ability to lead and execute during large-scale change.
• Minimal travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of monthly escrow analysis statements for customers.
• Lead a high-volume back-office function with emphasis on transparency, accountability and team motivation.
• Provide daily oversight and interface with product and statement teams focusing on customer experience, timeliness, efficiency and controls.
• Interface with control partners and own audit/compliance results for Escrow Analysis; manage capacity, productivity, headcount and budget.
• Manage escalations related to customer complaints and tax sales; partner with leaders to implement customer-oriented solutions.
