Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Operations Manager- Vice President to lead the Business Management Office team, aligning cross-functional groups and delivering executive-ready communications and data-driven insights. You will own core operational programs, including budgeting, headcount management, vendor coordination, onboarding, and offsite planning.

You will advise Heads of Product, Technology, and Strategy, ensuring timely analysis, reporting, and materials for senior leaders while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years in analytics, strategy, business management, or operations leadership.
• Advanced in Excel (pivot tables, analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving and deadlines.
• Independent prioritization and multi-deliverable management under pressure.
• Collaborative with strong stakeholder relationships.
• AI-enabled analysis and prompt-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and town hall content.
• Define and execute communication strategies for senior leadership updates.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to surface trends and solutions.
• Maintain headcount trackers, span-of-control reporting, and hiring plan status.
• Track technology spend and reconcile against budget with Finance/Tech.
• Support vendor lifecycle activities including MSA/SOW tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics.
• Lead the employee experience and engagement programs.
• Support platform cost allocation tracking and audit documentation.
